6. 160g of dry wheat bran;
7. 20g of gypsum;

9. A step-by-step DIY detailed manual, which will guide you in how to prepare, inoculate and monitor your results, describing fundamental mycological principles.
10. Time frame to complete this project (depending on mushroom strain): 10 days for full grain colonization, 2 to 3 weeks for full substrate colonization, 1 to 2 weeks for fruiting
