This kit will provide all the materials necessary to grow mushrooms from a ready made sterilised substrate and grain spawn. There is no need of previous experience on mycological practices.

This is the simplest form of practical tutorial to start understanding certain principals of mycology.

Beginners interested in microbiology, specifically mycology

Children from 8 years and older with adult supervision

What is included in this kit

1. A 1.7Kg, fully sterilised substrate with our master mix, which is guaranteed to give results;
2. A 300g mushroom grain spawn;
3. A step-by-step DIY detailed manual, which will guide you in how to prepare, innoculate and monitor your results, describing fundamental mycological principles.
4. Time frame to complete this project: 10 days to 2 weeks (depending on mushroom strain)

Mushroom strains listed have been chosen carefully with this kit, with the aim to simplify the process and give a good measure of guarantee for exciting mushroom fruiting results. Can be given as an educational gift.
