Quality disposable sterile syringes are essential for laboratory work and are especially useful for preparing and transferring mycelium cultures safely and properly.

Of major importance is their quality, storage capacity and the fact that they come fully sterilized with a LUER lock at the bottom. If the syringe is going to be used and its contents applied immediately to the designated host, then a luer lock is not really needed, but if the syringe contents need to be stored, even for some minutes, a plastic luer lock cap should be applied to preserve the contents and help avoid contamination.

For mycological purposes, the syringes we sell are perfect. They come with an 18G needle (pink) and are for single use only. Once used, they must be disposed of properly.

We have two sizes available: 10 ml and 20 ml. These two sizes are enough for most mycological laboratory work and controlled injection tasks.
